To register with us, simply print the form and post it to us at the address on the form. If you are unable to print this form, please call us on 01749 334141 and we will send a form to you.
There is no registration fee payable, so all that is necessary is for you to complete a registration form and you will be included if eligible. Use is not compulsory.
When you register with us there is the facility that if you feel you require a carer to travel with and aid you, we will note that requirement so when you book a journey it will be expected that a carer will be accompanying you without charge provided they carry a validated travel pass. Likewise if your children are under 5 and you have registered with the scheme, then it will be noted and they will travel without charge.
Literally means we will pick you up from home and take you to your destination, and on the return journey we will take you back to your home.
There are three services based around the areas of Frome, Shepton Mallet and Wells. Where you live determines which bus picks you up.Customers will be asked to be flexible as we may not always be able to provide the journey you require. |

Once your registration is confirmed you can telephone the booking line on 01749 344141 to arrange your transport. The booking line is open between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday, We will arrange to pick you up from home and return you to your home. You are able to book your transport up to 14 days in advance and we recommend that you do so.
Your English National Concessionary Travel Scheme Bus Pass is valid on this service from 9am Monday to Friday and all day on Saturdays.
Your County Ticket is valid for use on this service at any time.
Fares are costed on a zoned basis. Please contact the Booking Line for further details. Please note: We reserve the right to refuse or defer an application for registration, to ask for additional information in support of an existing registration, or to cancel any existing registration.
